A message dated June 25, 2010, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 273(FIN)                                                                                              
      "An Act relating to general grant land entitlements for the City                                                         
           and Borough of Wrangell and for the Haines Borough; and
